Shipping Information
1. Domestic shipping will be handled by Black Cat Delivery, with a shipping fee of NT$80.
2. Within Taiwan, it takes 7-21 business days for the item to be delivered to you after it has been shipped.
3. International shipping rates will be based on the accumulated total weight of the purchased items.
4. International buyers will be responsible for any customs duties and state taxes in their respective countries.
Return Policy
1. To ensure better and stable service and shipping processes, JOUCOS only offers a return service and is unable to provide an exchange service.
2. If the product doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can process a partial or full return within the 7-day inspection period and reorder your preferred items on joucos.com.
3. The inspection period starts from the day after the package is received. Please be aware and keep the items in their original condition during this time.
4. Personal clothing items (such as underwear, sleepwear, socks, swimwear, etc.) and accessories (earrings, necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.) are considered personal hygiene products. JOUCOS will ship them to you in a transparent sealed packaging. If the packaging has been opened, JOUCOS will not accept returns.
5. For any return-related inquiries, please email us at service@joucos.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible during business hours.
For customers residing outside of Taiwan
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. The refund amount will be less any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. You will receive a full refund of the product price, but not the shipping fees paid during purchase.
Return Process
1. Please carefully inspect the exterior of the box upon receiving the goods for any severe damage (damage to the extent that you can visibly see the contents inside the box) or signs of water damage. If you observe any such issues, please refuse to sign for the delivery.
2. If you wish to return the product within the seven-day appraisal period, to avoid any hindrance or potential costs associated with restoring the item to its original condition during the return process, we kindly remind you to notify JOUCOS in writing or return the product to JOUCOS within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. When processing the return, please ensure that the product's box and packaging are intact and complete (including tags not removed or cut, and special packaging is intact), and the product is in new condition (refer to note 1).
3. If you discover any non-human-caused defects or damage to the product, please take immediate photographs and email them to service@joucos.com. We recommend recording or capturing the entire unboxing process to safeguard the interests of both parties.
4. In your email, please include the subject "Return Request" and provide your product number, account for the order, and phone number in the body of the email. Describe the reason for your return, specifying whether it is for the appraisal period or due to a defective product. If it's a return due to a defect, please attach photos or videos showing the abnormal condition of the product. We will assess online whether it qualifies as a defective item (refer to note 2) to expedite the processing of your defective product return.
5. Once the return details are confirmed, please proceed with the return process according to the methods and address mentioned in our email (service@joucos.com). Before shipping, ensure that the returned items match the information of the order.
6. Upon receiving your returned items, JOUCOS will promptly verify whether the received products match the description in your email, the purchase order, and the stated reason for the return. If they meet the aforementioned return conditions, we will expedite the processing of your refund. In cases where the return conditions are not met (such as applying for an appraisal period return beyond seven days, or personal hygiene items being unsealed), JOUCOS regrets that the items will be returned.
7. When the refund is processed, JOUCOS will send you a notification email regarding the refund. Please be sure to check your email for this notice.
note 1. Item in new condition
1. Items that are not in the same condition as when they left the factory, such as perfume or cigarette smells, various make-up stains, removal of product tags, washing, signs of use, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, etc., cannot be returned due to defects.
2. Items returned without related accessories, such as boxes, dust bags, hang tags (including tag strings), will be considered incomplete box packaging.
3. If any promotional gifts are not returned with the returned package, it will be considered as incomplete box packaging.
note 2. Non-defective product definition
Slight odor of original fabric or dyes, slight loose threads, unopened buttonholes, and minor stains, asymmetry within a reasonable range, measurement errors of less than 2cm when laid flat, color differences between photos and actual products (possible variations due to different browsing devices), special cutting and sewing.
* If there are any unjustified or deliberate violations of JOUCOS's shipping and return policies, JOUCOS reserves the right to suspend your account and refuse your use of the service.
* If the amount retained from the order after the return is less than the various preferential conditions enjoyed at the time of purchase, the refunded amount will be deducted by the benefits received at checkout.
